Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll pay the return shipping cost.
We cannot accept returns of Gift Certificates or items that have been opened or used.
Please note we accept domestic returns only. International orders are considered to be final. Please contact us prior to returning your item.
Shipping
Our products are made to order and do not use preservatives other than Vitamin E or other natural ingredients. When an order is received, it is handcrafted and usually shipped within 48 hours.
There are occasions when the raw ingredients that do not come from Stone Manor Estates (some essential oils such as Coconut Lime Verbena, Sweet Orange and Sandalwood) are not delivered to us in a timely manner and may impact our delivery schedule. If that were to happen, we would alert you to the back order as well as the order shipment expectations.
Delivery Time
For the 48 states, please allow 5-7 days to receive your order. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer.

While each bag can be individually designed at your request, we have also developed a gift package based on our experience of what delights both men and women. Stone Manor Dead Sea Bath Salts
Hand mixed formula. Available with a Essential Oil selection of either Sweet Orange, Lavender, or Coconut Lime Verbena. 8 oz minimum order. Suggest a minimum of 6 oz per bath.
The Sweet Orange and the Coconut Lime Verbena Essential Oil Mix are energizing. The Lavender has relaxing aromatherapy properties and is also reported to boost the immune system for up to 4 hours.

Handcrafted soaps to order. Available with an Essential Oil selection of either Sweet Orange, Lavender, Sandalwood, or Coconut Lime Verbena. (variations in the Celtic molds may occur in these handcrafted products)

Cooling and Moisturing Foot Scrub
Stone Manor Foot Scrub is pure luxury. Made with our favorite Foaming Bathing Butter, it is mixed with Epson Salts, Sweet Almond Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Coconut, Lime and Verbena Essential Oils and Jojoba oil beads.
Salt Scrub
We use Stone Manor Salt Scrub all over. It gently washes away dead skin and replaces missing moisture as it helps balance the skin with the healing properties of Tea Tree Oil and Lavender.
